Staring at a blossoming flower or a moon turning full is a painful and impossible undertaking. But thanks to time lapse photography we can now spectate the many slower wonders of nature in a time frame more humanly comprehensible.
Besides the obvious coolness of time lapse photography, we’ve chosen to make this list now due to the recent viral hit video by photographer Mike Flores. He’s beautifully put the technique into motion with stunning results. Let’s start with his work, then eight more videos will follow which we picked from Wired’s own list.
